Terry Bienstock, Chairman
Mr. Bienstock has been involved in the cable, telecommunications and Internet fields for almost 30 years. Prior to WorldExtend®, he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Law and Government Affairs, for Comcast Cable Communications in Philadelphia. He has also managed and advised other ventures relating to new media platforms, such as Video-on-Demand, digital video recorders, broadband and mobile services. The recipient of the Arthur J. Armitage Award from Rutgers Camden School of Law, he serves on the Board of Overseers of Rutgers University, where he also sits on its Audit Committee.
Tom Merkh, Chief Technology Officer and Founder
Mr. Merkh brings more than 20 years of management experience with leading technology organizations to WorldExtend’s development team. A co-founder of WorldExtend, Mr. Merkh has originated multiple technology patents in the United States. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Merkh founded two other successful technology ventures, designing and implementing solutions for Fortune 100 clients including American Express. For more than 11 years, he managed product teams and designed software for Computer Associates.
Michael Davis, Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Michael serves as Vice President of Worldwide Sales. In this role he is responsible for all of the company’s sales and marketing functions including its direct and inside sales force, channel sales and sales operations. Michael joins WorldExtend with more than 20 years of experience in creation, marketing and driving revenue of new technologies in the IT industry. He has been instrumental at several successful technology-based start-up companies as well as at some of the largest names in software – World Commerce Online, VERITAS, CA (Computer Associates), and JBoss/Red Hat.
Scott Hosier, Vice President, Network Operations and Client Services
Mr. Hosier has worked in network operations, data services, and technology development for more than 20 years. Prior to joining WorldExtend, he served as Vice President of a successful start-up technology company where, among other responsibilities, he designed and managed LANs, WANs, and network access for clients’ remote offices and mobile workers. His industry experience includes work with the U.S. military and healthcare firms as well as ecommerce work with Fortune 100 firms like American Express.
Jan Finney, Controller
Ms. Finney has been a Certified Public Accountant for 20 years. She has maintained an accounting practice specializing in small business and real estate companies since 1992. Prior to founding her own practice, she worked for KPMG.
