Terry Bienstock, Chairman
Mr. Bienstock has been involved in the cable, telecommunications and Internet fields for almost 30 years. Prior to WorldExtend®, he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Law and Government Affairs, for Comcast Cable Communications in Philadelphia. He has also managed and advised other ventures relating to new media platforms, such as Video-on-Demand, digital video recorders, broadband and mobile services. The recipient of the Arthur J. Armitage Award from Rutgers Camden School of Law, he serves on the Board of Overseers of Rutgers University, where he also sits on its Audit Committee.
Steven Landau, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Landau brings more than 20 years of experience in the security, financial, smart card and entertainment technology industries to WorldExtend. He has worked throughout the smart card industry driving financial solutions for VISA, American Express and MasterCard, along with ancillary solutions in the online security and authentication solution markets. He also has experience providing secure web-based consumer solutions for companies such as Nintendo, Sony, Disney, Viacom, and Paramount Brands.
Tom Merkh, Chief Technology Officer and Founder
Mr. Merkh brings more than 20 years of management experience with leading technology organizations to WorldExtend’s development team. A co-founder of WorldExtend, Mr. Merkh has originated multiple technology patents in the United States. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Merkh founded two other successful technology ventures, designing and implementing solutions for Fortune 100 clients including American Express. For more than 11 years, he managed product teams and designed software for Computer Associates.
Michael Davis, Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Mr. Davis has more than 20 years of sales and executive management experience. An award-winning enterprise solutions sales specialist, he has held sales leadership positions at several successful start-up firms as well as at some of the largest names in software – Veritas, Computer Associates, and JBoss/Red Hat.
Scott Hosier, Vice President, Network Operations and Client Services
Mr. Hosier has worked in network operations, data services, and technology development for more than 20 years. Prior to joining WorldExtend, he served as Vice President of a successful start-up technology company where, among other responsibilities, he designed and managed LANs, WANs, and network access for clients’ remote offices and mobile workers. His industry experience includes work with the U.S. military and healthcare firms as well as ecommerce work with Fortune 100 firms like American Express.
Jan Finney, Controller
Ms. Finney has been a Certified Public Accountant for 20 years. She has maintained an accounting practice specializing in small business and real estate companies since 1992. Prior to founding her own practice, she worked for KPMG.
