Dear Valued SecureIDA User:
Since we last communicated, there have been some exciting changes at WorldExtend®. Our new website explains many of these changes, including the latest version of our software, and I invite you to take a look around. Perhaps the most obvious change is that with our new 3.5 release, SecureIDA has been renamed WorldExtend® IronDoor™. As you will see from our new products and solutions pages, based on feedback from hundreds of users like you, we have made significant enhancements to our product, guaranteeing that WorldExtend IronDoor is the most easy-to-use, scalable, and affordable secure remote access and application publishing solution on the market.
In our new 3.5 release, we listened to your requests and have re-architected the user interface to create an experience that is both more intuitive and more powerful for the user and administrator. For the end user, the application groups were moved to the left-hand panel instead of tabs at the top of the page. For the administrator, we moved to a tree-view interface to make navigation more intuitive. Your comments inspired our product development team and we hope that you will keep sending us feedback so that we can continue to evolve the product to better meet your needs.
As a current user of SecureIDA 3.0, we ask that you download and install the WorldExtend IronDoor 3.5 release before May 1 to avoid account deactivation and to continue to receive the benefits of secure remote access and application publishing. Please feel free to email our Sales team at sales@worldextend.com or call them at 866.999.7750 before May 1 if you have any questions about your transition to the 3.5 release or any of our new service offerings.
With the 3.5 release, WorldExtend IronDoor comes in three versions:
WorldExtend IronDoor is sold as an annual subscription – you can choose to pay on a monthly basis or receive a 10% discount for paying for the entire year upfront. Both volume and term commitment discounts are available and early cancellation penalties may apply. Please consult the Terms and Conditions for details. You can extend your reach to other office locations by adding additional IronDoor™ Agents at a low monthly cost of only $49.99. And we are pleased to announce that we have added a variety of support and professional service packages by customer request.
