Through the WorldExtend® IronDoor™ gateway you can securely and easily publish your mission-critical Windows applications – from CRM software to business productivity suites to corporate databases. Unlike other application publishing solutions, it is so easy to deploy, administer, and use IronDoor™ that no additional IT resources are necessary and it doesn’t require an expensive network security appliance.
- Using a centralized network application eliminates the need to maintain and update multiple versions of each application on individual PCs. If you maintain multiple application servers, IronDoor can perform load balancing across the servers to optimize performance.
- Published applications reside behind your internal and external firewalls, so sensitive data is stored on your network server, not on individual desktops or laptops where it is more likely to be compromised.
- When you add new personnel, you can simply issue them an inexpensive computer and assign them the appropriate profile in IronDoor and they can be ready to work on their first day.
- You maintain complete control of your data assets, as nothing is stored on individual computers. Your sales database or financial records won’t be compromised if someone loses their laptop.
