FTP
WorldExtend® IronDoor™ can securely broker your FTP connections and make them conveniently available on the IronDoor™ Launch Pad along with other network assets. By using IronDoor to FTP, system administrators can add an additional layer of security and authentication to the process.
- FTP ports are closed – so no danger of “brute force” attacks by hackers trying to enter your system with an FTP client.
- We supply an FTP client that uses SSH – so passwords and other traffic are encrypted rather than in plain text.
- If you wish to use your own FTP client, you can turn on an SSH VPN tunnel to encrypt all FTP traffic.
