Installation requirements for the 15 day trial:

  • Windows XP SP2 or higher, Windows 2000 Server SP3 or higher, Windows Server 2003 SP1 or higher
  • If utilizing application publishing, Terminal Services is required
  • If utilizing remote desktop, RDP is required..
  • Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0
  • An external TCP/IP address accessible over the public Internet. (This does not have to be a “static” IP address).

Remote user requirements for the 48 hour test drive:

  • Windows Vista, Windows XP SP2 or higher, Windows 2000 SP3 or higher, or Windows Server 2003 SP1 or higher
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 or higher
  • Internet Explorer options that allow signed ActiveX controls to be loaded.
    (All WorldExtend ActiveX controls are digitally signed with our corporate certificates).
